Rancho Cordova Rolling Classes

Roll classes in Rancho Cordova are taught at the heated INDOOR POOL of the Paradise Cove Aquatic Center next door to CCK on Thursdays from 8PM to 10PM; actual duration in the pool is about 1.5 hours. Rolling classes are FREE after completing our Rapid or Full Immersion 4-Day and 5-Day courses: no charge until you get your first unassisted roll.Practice Only Sessions: $15 pool fee with your own kayak. $10 whitewater kayak rental.
